How do I get an account?

Visit us in-world and click an NTBI Global ATM, or use Web Config on a Web Config enabled product.

Why should I get an account?

With your NTBIGroup account, you can access all web-enabled NTBI products that you own. For example, you can save configurations in Web Config and load them later.

Does having an account cost money?

No - NTBIGroup accounts are totally free, and never ad-supported.

Where can I use my NTBI account?

You can use it here on the main site. You need to register a separate account for the NTBI Q&A site. The NTBI Wiki doesn't allow public editing or account registration.

Why do you need my Second Life username?

Since we cater mostly to Second Life residents, we can just link your NTBIGroup account with your SL account. That way, we can give you personalized information instantly without a complicated "verification" process, such as your purchase history, roleplay characters, etc.

Do you use my Second Life account to determine alts, geolocate me, etc.?

No. We do not require, search for, or retain any real life personally identifiable information, and IP addresses are only stored for general server maintenance and security, as per our privacy policy. We also do not store failed login attempts, geolocation data, or any other information that could be a potential privacy or security risk. We have no reason to, anyway.
