Privacy Policy
NTBI collects and stores only the following personal data:
- Second Life username and UUID, as well as your NTBIGroup.com password (in a hashed, salted format), to identify your account.
- Purchase records for our products that you own.
- Rezzing records (owner, region, time, and product type) for products that use Web Config so that we can send your configuration back to it.
- Web Config configurations that you choose to save to your account. (Configurations that you send without saving to your account are not stored.)
- Your NTBI gaming credit balance and history, if you have used an NTBI slot machine in-world.
- Information submitted to us through the bug report form or directly to any NTBI staff member or affiliate.
- Your IP address when you browse this website so that we can investigate and prevent server attacks (all websites do this). Your IP address is not associated to your Second Life account.
- For Northbridge Business Systems (NBS) products, some additional data is stored as listed in the separate NBS privacy policy.
Can I edit or remove any of this data?
All correctable data can be corrected by the user as needed. If you wish to exercise your "right to be forgotten", contact Nelson Jenkins in-world and we will remove your data. Note that this will permanently remove your account and may prevent you from using NTBI products without re-registering.
Do you distribute this data with any other entities?
No. None of the data listed above is ever purposefully shared with any entity outside NTBI. However, the data is sent through Second Life infrastructure and the infrastructure of our server hosting company.
